This property does not have elevators

Shabby and dated decor, a door off the bathroom had a notice on saying it was to be kept locked, this was open and working combi boiler was inside covered in cobwebs with big holes in floor boards, couldn’t sleep worrying about carbon monoxide poisoning! Towel rails dropped of the wall when you touched them, light above sink not working in bathroom, carpet was dirty, windows wouldn’t open, on the plus side clean sheets and towels

Staff were nice, room was clean. But it’s not even at hostel level. Smelly, old, dire. Paid for 2 nights/2 rooms (non-refundable). Left after one night.
