Consent

RoomLast AI connector

When you ask an AI assistant to use the RoomLast connector, we receive the fields that the assistant sends in the MCP tool request. These may include a destination, stay dates, numbers of rooms and guests, search filters, and a hotel identifier. We do not receive the rest of your AI conversation by default. The connector also receives technical connection information, such as an IP address and request time, that may appear in operational or security logs.

We use MCP request information to search hotel availability, return property details and room offers, maintain and secure the connector, and investigate errors. Search criteria and hotel identifiers may be passed to our hotel search and inventory services and their authorized providers to fulfill your request. The connector does not make a reservation or take payment. If you follow a result to RoomLast to sign in or book, your use of the website is also covered by this policy.

The MCP service does not keep a separate database of hotel search requests. Request data is processed to answer the tool call; technical logs may be retained for operational, security, and legal needs under the applicable service retention settings. The AI assistant you use may keep its own records under its privacy policy.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
