Check-in was easy. It was explained that as it was a working pub that there would be disturbance until approximately 11pm. Fair enough. Unfortunately load music started in the bar below at around 11:15pm which continued until 12:45pm. It was too loud to sleep. There is a disconnect in the operating of the pub and accommodation which needs clearer rules and commitment to providing the required level of service to both. This was my second stay. The first was all fine and breakfast vouchers were provided to contribute to breakfast at the brewery. This stay was very much not fine and no vouchers offered. Please find a way to respect all of your clients.
