Expect to be kept awake till 2/3am every night, bed was ok but lumpy in parts, I’ve come out with a bad rash on my neck from the pillows, avoid unless completely last resort.

Self check instructions were clear. Room was serviced while we were out. Help via the phone was immediate when we needed it. Room clean and spacious. All very good. Only downside was that car park was a good 5-8 minute walk away… but at least there was parking as opposed to there being none. Needed window open as warm weather but that lead to noise disturbance. Of course that was due to fabulous central location - I realise you can’t have central and quiet! I’d stay again, thank you.

This was a great pad for us to use while walking around the lakes. No aircon meant sweaty nights in a family room, but the room was fine, seperate but private bathroom. Great location.
