Check-in is poor. No one is there. It's a remote lock and I had issues at check-in and the next day. There was a 30m wait to correct. The room was great. Clean. I'd recommend, but check-in may be an issue.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, and the heating system wasn’t any better. Because of the noise, we couldn’t leave either running while trying to sleep, which meant we ended up freezing through the night. To make matters worse, the blanket provided was very thin and did little to keep us warm. The biggest issue, however, was with the door. It would not lock properly when we left the room. We were forced to take all of our belongings with us and leave them in the car whenever we went out, which was both inconvenient and stressful. Anyone could have easily entered our room while we were gone. Oddly, the door could be locked from the inside, but that didn’t help when we weren’t there. To top it all off, there was no staff available at any point. There was no one for check-in or check-out, and when we tried to call multiple times for help with the door issue, no one answered. We received absolutely no assistance throughout our stay. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not recommend staying here.
