The upgraded room we received was excellent !!! Room reception, check-out and check-out are done by an amazing receptionist !!! Thank you Lucia for the wonderful service. We'll recommend you.

This hotel is situated in a nice area of Siracusa surrounded by shops and cafes and also near the Siracusa Marina, a 10 minute drive.The hotel is fairly clean and the room is somewhat comfortable however the showers are way too small, can barely fit in the shower. The entire bathroom needs a revamp cause the plumbing is old and I was getting a foul smell every morning which I suspected to be an S trap issue.The air conditioning did not function properly and although they exchanged me to another room, the other room was not any better than the other one. Had to supplement it with a fan.
