Lovely room, great location - short walk to the seafront. Easy to park just for an overnight stay. The only issue was the water pipes making a lot of noise for a short while while i was trying to get to sleep.

Very basic room, which is dated. Lots of stairs to get to room which are steep. No communication from staff. Water in shower not great.

The room was spotless with new fixtures and fittings. Staff were friendly and accomodating. There is a bar and a breakfast room. The room was quiet and the double bed was roomy. We were on the 2nd floor so a little tricky getting up with suitcases etc.
