Pros: Nice clean room for an older facility. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. Great food and atmosphere. Cons: No hot water in the room and gal at the front desk said they have been getting lots of complaints on that room not having hot water?? Ok maybe stop renting that one out then or get it fixed??? Toilet plugged but they were quick to supply me with a plunger so no big deal there. We are certainly not picky people but hot water is a pretty big deal. I kind of expected a refund or a least a partial refund but none was offered.

Never anyone at front desk either time we stayed. Quite old, takes a long time for water to heat up but rooms are clean which is the most important.

The lobby was bug and open, looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. It definitely is a different kinda hotel, the price was really good, breafast till 11 which was nice. I will definitely use this hotel if i ever go back to Kimberly.
