Great place to stay in Fremont. Plenty to do in walking distance. Parking is decent depending on the time and day.

I’m writing regarding several issues we experienced during our recent stay at this hotel, which left us quite disappointed. First, we specifically booked (and paid extra for) a room with a private bathroom outside the room. However, upon arrival, we discovered the bathroom was shared. We have since reviewed the booking confirmation again, and while the wording may not have been explicit, we are certain this was not the accommodation we reserved. Second, when we asked about modifying our check-out date, we were informed there would be an additional charge due to a rate change. We understand policies may apply, but this was not clearly mentioned in the cancellation or modification terms provided at the time of booking, which made the situation frustrating. Finally, the booking confirmation also mentioned that bathrobes would be included during the stay, but none were provided. Individually, these may seem minor, but together they significantly affected our overall experience and gave us the impression that the accommodations and services provided did not fully match what was advertised or expected.
