I was very disappointed with my stay at Quality Inn. The hotel was not what I expected. The rooms were not clean, and although I was eventually given a cleaner room, it still fell short of basic standards. The conditioner was missing, the shampoo dispenser was empty, and there were only two towels provided. For the amount of money they charge, this level of cleanliness and lack of basic amenities is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our room had a musty smell and the carpet was moist. There was definitely something moldy in the room because I was coughing all night. When I told the front desk about they rold me that they would take into consideration and put a humidifier in the room, and walked away. It’s obviously a problem they already knew of and have done nothing about.
