We stayed here one night to go to a concert at the Raymond James stadium so the hotel was convenient. The hotel wasn’t bad at all but I do think it needs a little love. Our room was clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the cover on the drain was broken so you could see there was a bunch of hair in there.

The man at the reception desk who checked us in was efficient. However, no staff was around at check-out, so I just left the key cards on the desk, as there was no drop box. The hotel is in terrible repair. The ceilings and walls are badly damaged and wall paper was coming loose in many places. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filthy and I wore my shoes because the carpet made the soles of my feet so dirty. This was not at all the standard we expect from a Hampton Inn/Hilton property. One other note: despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet. We won’t be booking this hotel again, however. I’m relieved we were only there one night.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience, especially because of the excellent staff. Tanya, the manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our early check-in and made the process easy. I also want to recognize Cozmo and Ingrid for their kindness and professionalism with making our stay comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s the staff who made our short stay such a positive experience!
