Upon check-in we were properly greeted by Pete who was very pleasant. When we got to the room there was a stench of mildew but we decided to unpack anyway. Once we unpacked we noticed that the carpet was damp so we moved around the room with covered feet, still not complaining. The next day after returning to the room the stench of mildew was stronger but not overwhelming so still not complaining. The following day when cleaning was scheduled we realized that items were missing from the room when the cleaning was done. Still I didn't complain. The missing item was a prescription medication but still I didn't complain. You get what you pay for is the adage for this scenario. Also, the hotel is currently under construction but nobody mentioned that at the time they took my money. Can't say that I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again but I will be sure to do a deeper dive in what the conditions are before I book.

From entrance to exit from front door to back from staff to the room property and everything in between this was a wonderful day and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it. Thank you.
