We are world travellers, having stayed in many hotels in civilized and third world countries. On the positive side, this was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed, despite it being in a downtown area with many guests. On the negative side the cleaning staff and breakfast staff looked like they did not want to work there - straight faces, looking sad or disinterested and certainly not friendly. It was hard to dig out of them even a simple "good morning". This is usually a reaction to their supervisors or management. We were here for eight days. Though the breakfast was quite good with lots of choices, it was exactly the same every day. The location was pretty good - about a 15 minute easy walk to Old Town, the castle and the other main attractions. We would have no problem staying here again, if the staff were more friendly.

The rooms are decent sized. The rooms are quiet. Breakfast has a large spread. The staff are friendly. This is my second time staying at this Hotel and I love it.
