Parking was not bad but the property had this gloomy appearance. On entering, the lobby the door needed paint to look presentable. On entering the lobby it had this musty smell. Check in was ok. It took me a while to find the room. On approaching it, the door needed paint like all the other doors on the property. It was hard to open as it was rubbing on the door frame which gave some resistance. On entering there was a strong smell of cigarette and I cannot stay in that! The bed had this hollow like the inner support was broken and the end kinked up. It was also shaky like it would collapse at any given time. At this point I saw enough to cancel my stay. I went back to the office was offered another room, but there was another guest there as well with the same similar complaints so I chose to get another hotel. The person I communicated with on the app was very helpful to get me a refund to use immediately to get another hotel, thanks. This property is not as advertised and needs to be refurbished. I've been to other stays and this one is not like them at all. Will not be back there unless it is refurbished. So in all it was not a good experience

Area was dangerous, room was old and outdated. Water Luke warm and tubs stopped up in both bathrooms. Door to bathroom has been kicked in and similar damage to other items. Not worth the money paid at all. Cops had to come to stop people from fighting.

The place was so disgusting that we left and found another hotel. Never never stay there
