After I was checked in, I asked what time breakfast began. I was told that breakfast was layed out on a table, in paper bags. Turns out that the free breakfast consisted of a nutri-grain Bar, a granola bar, a small pastry and a juice box. When I booked my stay, there were pictures of a breakfast bar with bagels, cereal, Juice and coffee. Even my booking confirmation e-mail showed a pic of the breakfast bar. I was informed that they hadn't had that since before covid. Site needs to be updated. False advertising!!

My room had bed bugs! (Room 304) I checked out immediately and was given a refund for only one night. The clerk said the bed bugs had to be verified by housekeeping in order to get my full refund. Although I ultimately received my money, I should have been refunded for my full stay immediately, as I had pictures/proof that there were bedbugs.
