The only place I stay when visiting Milwaukee. Love the staff and hotel.

Check in was a little disappointing. There were no staff manning the front. They were all in the back talking to each other and didn’t bother to come check the front. I waited for about 5 minutes before a delivery person came to make a delivery and had to go flag down the staff from the room behind the front desk that there’s guests waiting to be checked in upfront. At this point I was the first person waiting and there were already 3-4 guests behind me also waiting to get checked in. For the price per night, I would expect more professional and attentive staffs from this hotel. The rooms were good and stocked but that first encounter with the check in made the stay felt off.

Very nice hotel and location. Really need to change the toilet paper. 2 ply just doesn’t work. Better TP in the local restaurants. Overall great hotel for the price.
