We had an absolutely lovely weekend staying at The Royal Oak. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The scenery was breathtaking and we had a lovely view from our room. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a traditional pub, very cosy and again nicely decorated but retaining its traditional charm. The landlord and landlady were extremely helpful. Above all, this is dog friendly accommodation, a must for us. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely restful and peaceful stay in this cosy and warm hotel, which is just what i needed before and after a trek through the Brecon Beacons. The food in the restaurant is amazing and a there was good selection of dishes to choose from. I only had cereal and fresh coffee for breakfast but the cooked breakfast looked good, too. From arrival to departure i was made to feel very welcome, i would definitely stay here again as there is so much to explore in the area.
