Room was a decent size. Room was moderately cleaned. Found dirt/dust and small bugs a couple times. The pull out couch was filthy. Had food crumbs and stains all over it! So my boyfriend had to sleep on the couch side instead. Bed was comfy and sheets seemed clean. Pillowcases on main bed were whitish overall. The extra pillows that were set on top of closet space’s shelf had hair on them and was yellowish though! Very gross! Parking was ok. One male staff member was nice but a bit intrusive with questioning. The other staff member did not even acknowledge or greet me. Looked like she had an attitude. Will not be returning to this hotel and my boyfriend made a complaint.

Couldn't find my reservation Then I canceled my reservation and they've kept the money. Wouldn't atay here for free lots of shady going on there BUYER BEWARE

When we arrived at Studio 6, we were informed that the elevator had been broken for almost a week. Both sets of lobby doors were wide open and appeared to have remained open during the stay. The television in the room did not work, and the maintenance person was not successful in fixing it. The shower didn't drain properly. The exhaust ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The sink handle in the kitchenette came right off in my husband's hand when he tried to use the sink. There were no dishes, silverware, or a coffee pot in the room. The carpets were dirty in the hallways. The only place the a/c seemed to work was in the stairwells. We did not feel safe staying in the hotel.
