Self check-in didn't work. The staff at the desk was overwhelmed by the number of people checking in right at 3 p.m. Very small lobby didn't accommodate the number of people waiting. The lobby doors are not automatic, and are not disability friendly. The doors of other guests' rooms were slamming until 2 a.m. The doors were so loud. The room was clean and fine, but the building was just OK. The staff didn't provide the wifi password, and when I asked for it, I had to wait for the staff member to go into a backroom to get the password. She then wrote in in all caps, but that wasn't the case of the password and I ended up having to try other options until I guess correctly.
