Went to check in. Nobody was around or answering any calls. Do Not book for this facility! We ended up stuck without a place to stay! I’ve filed a fraud charge on my CC for this! Horrible experience! For otherwise a great day

I couldn’t even check in. It was a last minute booking, the site said check in anytime. I go to check in and there are no staff on site, office locked, and no instructions on how to check in so I wasted my money and had to cancel my plans.

I booked my room two months in advance. Thank god, I selected to pay when arriving. So I only was charged the insurance protection fee of like $5- $10. Day of booked date, I had a feeling to check my email, luckily I did so. I got cancelation notice. I was not happy because while I was on the road to that hotel, I had to find another place last minute. And never got refunded the insurance protection fee.
