This was a first time stay at the property and I was immediately reminded of a "motel vibe" because everything was pretty basic. The TV service was turned off a day earlier then checkout. When I reported it, the front desk attendant advised someone would come to check but never did. Luckily, I had other media options available for use. I requested a fitted sheet and was given one with visible black markings on it. The one used to protect the mattress was absolutely disgusting and maintenance was sent, upon my request, to replace it. I understand you get what you pay for but honestly there's just some items that shouldn't be skipped over. Rating a 3 out 5 because the staff did attempt to make the corrections.

The hotel was shabby, but okay. The front desk staff double charged us; when I pointed out that we had pre-paid, he charged for the room again anyway.

My first time staying , rooms were clean that was very nice kitchen. Everything was good. I had a problem they came and solved it right away. We’ll stay again next time I’m in Connecticut.
