Very nice, new hotel overall. There was an issue with the room type I received. The room assigned to my reservation was different from the room type I had selected when booking. When I asked the front desk about changing it, I was told they were unable to make changes to the reservation because I had booked through a third-party booking service. The shower pressure was also extremely low. The showerhead produced more of a trickle than a steady stream. The hotel offers electric vehicle charging, which is a nice amenity, but availability was an issue during my stay. I found only one open charging space, while several of the designated spaces were occupied by non-electric vehicles. I also noticed electric vehicles occupying charging spaces while not actively charging. It would be helpful if the hotel had a policy to keep these spaces available for vehicles that are actually charging. I also found the cost to use the EV charging stations to be considerably higher than expected. More transparent information about charging costs and better management of the designated charging spaces would improve this amenity considerably.
