First, at check-in the GM noticed my fiance was with me (not staying) and immediately insisted that I give him $20 because I booked only 1 traveller staying. I explained that he was only helping me with my bags and having lunch with me before he went home. He wasnt staying. He wanted to know when he would be leaving. Its none of his business when he is leaving and the unit i booked sleeps 2 so it shouldn't make a bit of difference if he was there. Again, he insists that I give him $20 because he states that he was o ly getting a small amount from expwdia and it would have been more if it was 2 travellers. I refused, went on to expedia and booked the same exact reservation with 2 travellers and showed him it was the exact same price and told him he could either give me key or refund my booking. I get the key. In the room- soneone's old food was in the fridge, there's a burn hole in the comforter and nobtowels in the room. I went down to get 2 towels. He gives me 1. I had to complain to get another one. The next morning, theres a knock on my door at 9:15am. He is at my door requesting that i bring him my garbage. Then after i bring itnto him he tells me 10am is check-out- which I already knew. At 9:54am , there's another knock. Him again twlling me its 10am and time to go. He was holding his phone and i told him it wasnt 10am yet and he argues that it was. I yold him to look at his phone and shut the door. Its harassment. This place is a joke and i suggest you book elseware.
