Absolutely unacceptable. From the first night of our stay, the hotel lost water service, leaving us unable to shower, wash our hands, brush our teeth, or properly use the restroom. This is a basic necessity that every hotel should provide. What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication and concern from management. We received little information, no real solutions, and felt completely ignored despite the significant inconvenience. Paying full price for a room without running water is outrageous. The hotel’s response showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they cannot provide something as essential as running water, they should not be charging guests for accommodations.
