Room was nice and clean. Corridors were super dirty - not hoovered for a week! Rude receptionist on arrival. Right outside the elevator on our (3rd) floor, a group of staff were standing/sitting on floor arguing heavily in arabic language. During entire stay we had to step aside staff who would not move or coordinate direction. On departure the check-out was handled by a receptionist who would not look up or in any way behave politely. Hotel was fine but staff seemed not to be thriving, and that transplanted!
