Room was clean. Bathroom was very tired though. We did use the swimming pool area and the changing rooms were filthy, needs a good clean and refurb. Staff were lovely and location perfect, 10 minute walking distance into the seaside town. We would stay again but maybe bit over priced for what it is.

A lovely hotel, well located. Walkable into Cromer. There is a giant tipi in the grounds, serving food and drinks, which was very pleasant, as an extra to the main restaurant. The full English breakfast was very filling and all cooked fresh. There was plenty of 'help yourself' choices too. We didn't use the pool and the Massage hut was sadly fully booked during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was lovely and in such a perfect position, both for coastal walks and for Cromer itself. The staff could not have been more welcoming. Our room was so nice, with a bay window that overlooked the garden. Best of all was the swimming pool, which we could book for our exclusive use for 45 blissful minutes.
