This property should be shut down! The pictures online DO NOT represent what the property looks like. We saw two rooms as our first room was dirty with stains all over the sheets and comforter and the AC unit did not function. The second room had exposed wiring, missing outlet covers, cigarette burns on the sheets, electrical problems that causes sparks when you removed your devices that were plugged in, lights that did not work, a water spout for the tub that was an inch away from the wall, mold behind the wall growing out the water spout, mold in the AC unit. This hotel is not safe and I am pretty sure there is something going on with the rooms on the back side of the hotel. This is not a place to take a family with kids to stay. We moved hotels!

Immediately upon walking into my room I found dead cockroaches. So I cancelled my stay and the guy at the front desk said to go through hotels.com for a refund. Of course they denied the refund and are screening my calls. No problem getting through to them to confirm my reservation before hand, but now all of a sudden, they’re nowhere to be found. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures online. The pool is filthy and cannot be used.
