Staff at Reception was friendly. However, the housekeeping female attendant shd be more tactful in handling requests. Met her twice outside my room to request for room cleaning n she replied that it wasn’t her duty to do cleaning for my room. No record in her listing to clean it. So, i informed front desk n had it done immediately. No hand towels provided. Location to station is very convenient…. Eateries nearby.

Facility was clean and in a very good location. But have never stayed in such a small room/bathroom. Bathroom was so small, it felt like flight bathroom. I can understand in Singapore space is small, but this is not practical for the money paid.
