One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Singapore. Room was clean and hotel staff is friendly. The ice machine in the lift lobby was an amazing addition to the hotel and other higher tier hotels should follow this initiative. The hotel would be perfect is they have a washer and drier room. All in all, amazing hotel and I am looking forward to staying there again. Oh yeah, amazing pool, just awesome

The swimming pool require a bit of maintenance and the "lazy river" should be renamed "hard work stream". I nearly broke a toe when using the pool because of bad maintenance to the lining tiles. The so called lazy river is a river that doesn't move and it is far too shallow even if there is a current. With regards to the QR code that allows guests to use the Sentosa Express free of charge, make sure you ask at check-in when the code changes. I was never told it changes so I wasn't allowed on the Sentosa Express because the code I had at check in expired.

Hotel was good, great location and easy to get around. However, for the price of the hotel, service was lacking - long check in wait due to lack of staff at front desks and concierge desk failed to order our taxi which we’d booked to take us to the airport.
