The rooms are beautiful, however, for this price level, I’d except more comfort. There is no AC in the room and it was super hot. We had the fan on but couldn’t cool down the room at night. The hot tub can only be managed by the hotel staff. The water is pretty cold, which avoided me from going in. We wanted to go into the hot tub again the next morning but they didn’t drain the ttbath from the night before. Breakfast is not included in the price. We signed of on the bill at the table, but when we paid, they manually added 15% tip to the bill after we signed! The standard tip in Mexico is 10%. So sad. You also can’t pay with your credit card using Apple Pay. You need to have your physical card with you.
