Got a $750 credit to use at the resort that couldn’t actually be used for anything. Didn’t end up being able to spend a dime of it. Even had to pay out of pocket for a dinner upgrade which they found a way to make me pay for instead of using my credit. Horrible rules. Had a two bedroom suite and had to ask everytime I needed it cleaned or dishes cleared. Not happy at all. The property is beautiful but they are doing a terrible job with customer service and expectations.

The food was good considering all-inclusive. I appreciated the healthy options. The gym had everything I needed to have a great daily workout. Isaac and Alessandro down at the pool were excellent. People do go down to the pool super early and hog the seating, which is typical of entitled Americans. It would be nice if the staff could prevent that. All-in-all a great value for the money.

The ultimate all-inclusive resort in Cabo! WOW! What a gorgeous resort! So beautiful, so clean, and service was top notch! Thank you to everyone at Villa La Valencia ❤️ You all are superb!
