The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very light and airy . Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was fabulous. Very close to the bus station with direct bus to airport in approx 30 mins . Stayed here before and would definitely come back

We stayed a night before a cruise and had requested a quiet room…. Which we did not get. All the noise from the lobby was heard in our room. The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around. We waited for salt and pepper for our eggs which never came. The vicinity to walk to your ship port was great and the room was big and clean but the whole experience was terrible.
