I liked how close it was to the Zocalo and the staff was very friendly. My rating has nothing to do with staff or location. The rooms and furniture need updating. I did not like that the elevator did not require a key because anyone could come up to any floor. The rooms were comparable to a motel. There was no air conditioning just a machine that required water in it to blow out cold air. I paid a high price to stay here during the World Cup and im guessing this is why the price was inflated. I don’t plan on ever staying here again.
