Clean tidy. Perfect for 1 night stay. Really good price. Bed so comfy. no tea and coffee in room which is fine nice that reception had machine tho. Liked the idea of borrowing large brolly should it rain! Staff very friendly upon and leaving the hotel. With free hairdryer use. Hardly any noise and slept well. Great location with corner shop open late. Thank you, will definitely come back

Advertisement: Below expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was not accurate, pictures shown mislead you to believe you will be getting a spacious room, reality is not even close. Location: Above expectations - Conveniently close and with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Cleanliness: Above expectations - Room clean and neat. Room Comfort: Below expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, but it did not meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Above expectations – They were polite, service was good they were attentive and helpful as expected. Amenities: Below expectations - Basic and did not offer much compared with the price. Value: Below expectations - We did not feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid, hotel need to consider reducing their price comparing to a capsule hotel. Breakfast: We left early, we did not have a chance to experience the breakfast if available. Atmosphere: Average expectations - Was somewhat ordinary and lacked the welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Average expectations - Beside the size of the room we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we might recommend this hotel
