We booked a suite as a family of 4. We were told the suite was unavailable and were given 2 rooms in the attic. I asked for another floor but no other rooms were available. It was unbearably hot in a 95F heat wave. We left after one night. I peaked into other rooms that seemed to have better amenities and were definitely cooler. We had prepaid for 3 nights and were unable to get our money back. I would not recommend to anyone.

The room was clean and well maintained. It did lack charging ports and the bathroom was very small by non European standards. The elevator was also very small but the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent

Great location hotel, 2 minutes from the metro and 15 minute walk from Gare du nord. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep. Family room was spacious and had everything we needed including a kettle and hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. All the staff we very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent, continental buffet which was very well stocked. Would highly recommend for a trip with kids.
