For the price is a good place. I personally experienced a quiet place, I was expecting more noise, but actually is not that bad. Most of the noise might come from the outside, this is kind of a party area and some autos pass by with loud music. But is like any other place. San Rafael neighborhood turned out to be a nice place to be.
