The staff was fantastic. However, our first room had an odor, we had no hot water, the air conditioner was making loud sound, and the bed seemed like it was broken. They moved us to another room without hesitation. Second room, shower nozzle was not working properly, the bathroom door would not close, and the door to the room would not close properly. The breakfast was pour at best. We’ve stayed there before and never had any trouble. As I said, the staff was fantastic, but the hotel itself was not.

There was only one chair in the room. Either my wife or myself had to sit on the bed while we were in the room. Also the door to our room (326) stuck and you had to hit it hard with your shoulder to open it from the outside and pull hard from the inside. The pool didn't look very inviting as it had a green ring around the surface of the water. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly, especially the lady that ran the breakfast area.
