Very dirty, very strong smell of cigarettes, dirty sheets; I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I’m sorry to have to rate this hotel a 1 out of 10 . The rooms are filthy and not well kept. The restroom walls had a lot of pink stuff on the walls and the walls inside the whole room were filthy. I don’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed because of how filthy the room looked. There was a lot of people hanging outside and we couldn’t even sleep comfortably.

Came here to relax just to be bothered by staff. My reservation was for 2 nights but after the first night, the housekeeper & manager came to harass me at my room telling me it was past my check out. I showed my reversion on my end that it was for 2 nights. Instead of apologizing, the manager just walked away. After those 2 nights upon my actual check out, I was waiting for the manger to apologize & gave him the chance to do so but he didn’t so that’s when I let him know that what happened was not ok. He did end up apologizing to me & explained to me that there was a discrepancy on their end which I understand but he didn’t mention these things to me until after I called out the unprofessionalism. Even then, his initial response was to minimize the situation by saying things like, “well we didn’t knock that much”, “well we didn’t open the door”. That is not ok!!!!! I never said he did all that but in other words he was saying it wasn’t a big deal. So ridiculous, as the manager you’d think he would have better customer service skills.
