Property cleanliness was fine. No hot water for the building due to some issue the night before but no notification to guests. Called the front desk and and they said "sorry" maintenance was working on it. I asked about an adjust to the rental fee and he said there isn't one and it was unforseeable. I replied it is not reasonable for the guests to pay full price and not have full amenities. No adjustment was offered until I asked to speak to his supervisor or the owner. He finally countered he could offer 20% if I accepted it on the spot. None of this would have occurred if I hadn't pressed the issue. Bottom line- clean property poor management and customer service. Won't be back. Save yourself the heartache, there are plenty of other options out there!.

Smelly lobby, unprofessional staff, room smelled bad, bugs everywhere, stiff bed with horrible pillows. We slept terribly. Noisy outside, high pitched noises while we tried to sleep. Bugs all over the bathroom, shower curtain was dirty and water leaked everywhere in the bathroom. Honestly there is nothing positive to say about this place. Stay elsewhere.
