No notice that the pool and spa were going to be closed for maintenance. Carpets torn in several places. Not enough staff for services needed. Stayed 3 nights and room never serviced. Had to go to front desk to take out garbage and get more towels. Whole floor reeked of pot.

Room- 2 queens and sofa bed sleeps 5 people. Clean, small sink, fridge, microwave. Has a 4 chair table. No complementary water bottle. At least 2 per day?! Breakfast was excellent.

Going from one type of suit hotel that is an apartment style room with a electric style cooking to a wet bar suit type hotel was ok. But was irritating was the 1st set of 2 rooms that I checked over and found in each room of more than 6 issues each but what was more of a concern was in one of the rooms had what looked of a stain and some black spots. Took pictures and right away went back to front desk and informed manager and showed him. He gave me 2 more rooms and gave 2 more rooms and checked them over with some minor issues but 1 of the rooms had what looked like wet toilet paper on ceiling went back down to let them know again. The manager told me that the hotel is fairly old of more than 10 years old. He didn't offer something to help me to be a returning customer. I was irritated but I didn't have time to look for another hotel for my emotional stay for a funeral. I doubt that I will return for a stay with rooms that have so many issues.
