My stay was good. If only they put me ,in a room with a view of the mountains. But the room was clean and quiet.

The staff at check-in was amazing and extremely helpful in the area. The casino was clean and fun with a variety of games. The room was excellent, clean and in order. We will definitely be going back.

We had to ask for housekeeping services. Also none of the restaurants were open, the only place to get food on property was either the sports bar or a cafe that was open 0700-1100, but we got free breakfast and 5 cent coffee. Also the hotel is located a fairly good distance from Flagstaff. And the cable tv had limited channels, and the remote to the tv only worked half the time. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to savor the steakhouse on property, it seems it’s only open on certain days of the week, and they couldn’t tell us what those days were.. I don’t think we will return or recommend this hotel..
