Thought the lack of a phone in the room to communicate with the front desk was a downgrade. Also I understand not plugging electrical appliances saves energy and money but quests need to know this at check in, Every thing went well.

The hotel is in a good location and it was a nice hotel with really good hot breakfast choices. But the $100 deposit on top of nearly $100 room for 1 night, and you won’t see that deposit back for almost a week is ridiculous. Hotels need to stop doing this in a world where people are strapped enough on expenses

first room were given Air Condition wasn’t working water all on the floor from the air condition. It was very hot in that room. They change our room. They never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed there to four days. They only changed towels and empty trash. it was very filthy. I will not stay there anymore. even the hallways were all dirty and nasty.
