The Quality Inn was not a pleasant stay, personally for a few reasons. One main reason being that the place was untidy, unkempt and there was an unpleasant odor present. Housekeeping did not fulfill their daily duties.

I was not very happy with the room assigned to us, toilet was not flushing well - we had an incident of overflow - also we found a cockroach in the room and were concerned that our bags would get contaminated with this.

Accomodations were adequate. Staff friendly. I only have one suggestion. When two men are on duty behind the desk and there is no one checking in or out, when you see a female struggling with luggage, offer to help. While not expected, it would be most appreciated.
