The key issue we had was the bed. It was way too hard which meant we found ourselves tossing and turning all night. The comfort of a mattress can be a very subjective thing so I asked a few guys at the fitness centre what their experience was and got the same feedback. Everything else was fine, staff, cleanliness, location etc. But if you can’t get a good nights sleep none of these other factors rate a second thought. If the hotel is replacing mattresses progressively they need to greatly accelerate the process. If it is not a priority I would ask management to think again.

We loved our stay at Holiday In Atrium. The room was a good size and facilities were excellent. Restaurant and bars of a high standard. The standout I thought were the staff. So happy and helpful at all times. Check in and checkout easy and smooth. The location of the hotel also good. Clarke Quay an easy walk and MRT right next to hotel if needing to catch a train.
