Our stay was a major disappointment. The room was dirty, dusty and generally unclean, with suspicious stains on the curtains, walls and even underneath the bed. The beds were uncomfortable, and outside the room it was noisy and poorly soundproofed. Without an elevator, we could hear and feel every person using the stairs outside our room, which constantly disturbed our sleep. The staff were also not particularly helpful or service-minded, which only added to the overall negative experience. This hotel was far below our expectations. We would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
