Please refund my money. As we did not stay as a result of the state of the rooms we were offered. The first room was occupied. The desk manager was kind enough to give us a different room. In the second room we found that the we had flipped stained sheets with pubic hair. Dresser was dirty/not wiped off. Smelled as if it was already occupied by a work crew. This was a done within a 30 second observation.

Building itself and entrance were very run down and dirty. Garbage all over parking lot and in entranceway. Outside had some very loose railings going down the stairs off patio area. They really need to do some upkeep! The room itself was clean and also the person working was very helpful and polite. If I hadn't already paid though I would definitely not have stayed.

Although this hotel has leveraged the Wyndham brand, much of it would not be of this quality. The price was likely the main focus, meaning it was not too expensive and you got maybe what you paid for. Many basic hotel amenities were not available, and overall, the rooms and hotel did not feel sanitized or clean.
