The room is small and probably ideal for solo traveller to a couple. Better for younger people too given the size. The bed is comfortable and the room clean and tidy. A basic hotel but for the price it was great value. The location is perfect for Munich probably one of the best places to stay. Would stay there again.

Pros: - LOCATION! Easy train ride directly from the airport. You're across the street from old town and you use the underground subway tunnels to cross the busy road. You're at a hub for public transportation - S & U trains plus the trams. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop is a block away. Tons of food options all around the hotel. Oktoberfest grounds are 10-15 min walk. - Price: We got a single room for the slightly more than the cost of splitting a double room at nearby hotels. We were there for a guys trip to Oktoberfest so it was nice to have private rooms with individual bathrooms. - Room was clean. - Showers were nice with great water pressure and rain showerhead. - They had pastries daily on the second floor and vending machines for drinks, snacks, and travel essentials. There are plenty of markets nearby that sold what we needed for cheaper. Cons: - Mattress wasn't comfortable. My back wasn't happy after the 2nd night. - No safe in room. - They don't have staff around all day to help with questions. There was a guy on the 2nd floor for parts of the day but I'm not sure if he was maintenance or customer service. - Space is tight and there's no closet. They make the most of the space. I was only there for a weekend so I just brought a backpack. Not sure how I would have maneuvered luggage in that room. - Toilet had a sewage smell when I flushed but I just made sure to close the pocket door each time I flushed. - There's no fridge or mi

The location was perfect for what we needed, but there was only 1 staff person on site for a limited time during the day, the A/C in our room barely worked, meaning we had to have the windows open, but the city is LOUD; our TV seemed possessed as it would randomly turn on (sometimes without picture). Basically seemed one step above hostel. Check-in/checkout was relatively simple, though the hotel is integrated into an office/apt building, so lot of rando foot traffic. For our needs, it filled a hole, but was not a place to stay long term.
