The room never cooled down, the ac/fan was very old and the filter was dirty. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and mattress. The toilet water leaked and the toilet seat was not anchored well, it moved around a lot. The font desk person was not very polite and the thing that you sign on was dirty and scratched. The chain bold was a joke, part of it was broken. My daughter and I ended up putting a chair and footstool in front of the door just incase

Maintenance should check on light switches - not all work. Also, sinks and toilets should be checked - not draining well.
