We had a lovely stay at The Black Horse Hotel. There is plenty of parking. We had a family room which was very clean and an ample size. All the linen was crisp and clean and the towels were lovely, soft and fluffy. Shower gel and hand soap suppled. TV. Hairdryer. Iron and ironing board, also an umbrella if needed. Coffee making facilities was well stocked. Check-in was swift and helpful. The Black Horse Inn was very popular. The food was lovely and had a specials board. The staff were attentive. They had a very good selection of wine, beers, lagers, ales and ciders. Breakfast was extensive, with everything you could want to eat. We were very pleasantly surprised by this gem of place and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had all that was needed for our 2 night stay. The bar and outdoor areas were great with plenty of room despite being very very busy whilst we were there. There is also a separate dining area where you’re able to take your dog which is a wonderful idea. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, a wonderful asset to the business. The breakfasts were lovely, plenty of choice and enough to keep us going until late afternoon.
