The hotel was really great for the price. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the people were friendly. The view outside was really pretty and the location was great. The breakfast options were limited: waffle, oatmeal or cereal and some apples and yogurt. The vending machine only had 3 or 4 things in it. There also isn’t anyone working the front desk; there is a handwritten sticky note asking you to call someone. Overall, we would definitely stay here again because of the value.

Nice quiet place to stay if you’re between Birmingham and Chattanooga and it’s getting late.

We were very dismayed to be greeted by a virtual agent in a kiosk instead of a live person. It was difficult to understand him and get checked in. Other than that glitch our stay was delightful. The room was super clean, beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet.
